I saw Leah in one of the American Gokkun movies. She had tons of spew in her mouth and could not hold it. She ended up having to pick it up from the ground and eating it. When the scene ended you could tell she hated doing the whole thing. The Amber Rayne scene from American Gokkun is a classic.
